At Gear Fitters we value our customers, maintaining our relationship with you is of utmost importance to us. In order for you to know what to expect from our eCommerce service, we have set out, our procedures for Shipping and Delivery, as well as how we handle our Refunds and Returns.
Gear Fitters ships to any street address in Singapore and Overseas. Certain Brands or items may not be shipped overseas and will be indicated in the items description. For international shipping, please send enquiry form for confirmation.
Enjoy free shipping on all orders above S$80 nett purchase, and pay only S$5.00 for orders under S$80 (Free shipping for Gear Fitters members with minimum purchase of S$50). Only applicable for orders in Singapore. Your purchases will be delivered in 7 working days. As we are engaging third party vendor to do the delivery. The delivery timing will be from 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday Excluding Public Hoilday). Please do provide an address that has someone around to receive the delivered items.
Your total shipping cost is subjected to your destination and the courier charges. Due to some limitations, we may not be able to ship certain brands/items. If you have any questions about the shipping eligibility of any product, do drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gear Fitters reserves the right to cancel any order or item that does not qualify for flat rate overseas shipping.
Shipping Duration & Delivery Policy
Local deliveries – 3 to 7 working days
Overseas deliveries – approximate 14 to 21 working days
To help you save on delivery charges, Gear Fitters will consolidate your items in one single order and ship them together. There may be instances where Gear Fitters may ship your items to you separately or combine multiple orders due to the nature of the products. In such instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.
In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service within 7working days upon receiving the item.

We are happy to offer returns within 7 days for any defective items that you have purchased from us, if the following conditions are met:
Our 7 days return policy does not apply to incorrect self-assembly/installation, damaged products resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and products damaged after receipt of delivery.
In the event of damaged goods, we will assess the damage. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or deviation from customised specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products or do an exchange.

Wrong / Missing Shipment:
Please write in to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of item if there are any wrong / missing items in your order for us to assist you with the necessary exchanges/refunds. Kindly indicate your order number, product name and attach relevant images in order to speed up the processing time.
Once you have completed your payment, your order will be processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
